Hello Everyone. I'm back with another weight loss update. If you have been reading my blog. Then you know that the last 5 month I have been watching what I eat. As of today I have lose a total of 24.6 pounds. I have 2.8 more pounds to go to be at my goal weight. Which I have a feeling will be before the end of the year.
For this month I have lost a total of 2.6 pound. Which is a point more then last month. Over all I'm super happy I decide to change the way I eat. It has help me feel much better with myself. Plus my clothes are fitting me way better. Also I can fit in to more of my clothes.
Friday I had another non-scale victory. Which was I can finally fit back in to my favorite skinny jeans again.
