Lunch

  • Pulled Pork

  • Lettuce

  • Tomato

  • Guacamole

  • Plum

Snack at work

  • Two String Cheese

Dinner

  • Bratwurst

  • Carrot

  • Tzatziki Yogurt Dip

After Dinner

  • Carmel Apple Sucker

Happy Wednesday Everyone! I’m back with another what I eat in a day post. This time showcasing the food I eat during a normal work day. Each day of course is different. This is just what I ate yesterday during my work day.

Right now I’m working on getting my weight under 130. Since I have been gaining these last couple of month. I know I will be able to get there. Just need to watch what I eat.
