Happy Wednesday Everyone! Today I’m here doing my monthly fitness/health update. As of October 17th, 2018 I hit the one year postpartum. Which I’m happy to say I have lost a total of 50 pounds in a year. I didn’t make it to my goal weight of 135 but I did hit my goal weight of 150.
Which I’m happy with. Out of the whole year I had two month that I struggle with losing weight. Which was July and October. July was my birthday months. So therefor we were eating out a lot. October was a month of traveling and again eating out a lot.
In the being of my weight lose journey. I was just watching what I was eating. Plus going on a few walks a week. It wasn’t until I was 9.5 months postpartum. That I started to work out 6 days out of the week. Which really helped me with losing more weight.
Even though I struggle last month a gain some weight. I’m happy with my overall result for last year. I went from wearing a size 10 in pants to a size 8 to 4 now in pants. Depends on who makes the pants. Also went from wear a size larges in top. To now wearing a size medium to small. Again depends on who makes them.
Everything I have read said it takes a women a good 13 month or more to get there body back to how it was before having a baby. As of today I have 9.8 more pounds to get to my next weight goal of 135. Which I know I will get there in the next couple of month or so.
Right now I’m just getting back in to working out 6 days out of the week. Which last week I worked out 5 days out of the week and went on a mile walk. I told you all last month that I was going to up my step goal to 6,400. Which I ended up not doing. So therefor I will be upping in here in a few weeks. If not this week.
