Happy Wednesday Everyone! Today I’m here doing my monthly fitness/health update. As of October 17th, 2018 I hit the one year postpartum. Which I’m happy to say I have lost a total of 50 pounds in a year. I didn’t make it to my goal weight of 135 but I did hit my goal weight of 150.
