Happy Friday Everyone! Today I’m here with an weight update post. Which I have been slacking on these post. I used to do them once a month. Now I have been doing them every other month. The last couple of month I have actually gain some weight. Which I’m not mad about it. I know the reason why I have been gaining the weight. Its been due to my eating habit. Plus everything that has been happen in my life.
I’m hoping once Ant get back in town. I can get my eating habits back on track and won’t be eating a lot of processed food. Which is what I have been doing these last couple of month. Overall I’m still under my goal weight of 135 and have been keeping my new year resolution.

For Mother days I got the new Fitbit versa and I have been loving it. I love the bigger screen on it. Plus love that I can pay with my watch. The downside to the watch is the band are super hard to change out. Specially the silicon ones. So therefor I haven’t been changing my band out that much. Like I would to with my older fitbit.
I have been average about 11,496 steps a day. Which is awesome. Since I wasn’t even getting 10, 000 steps at this time last year. Another thing the fitbit versa does is it track how many stairs you take a day. Which I get around 30 floor in a week. Not only does it do those two thing. It also tracks your sleep. Which is one of my favorite features on it.
