Happy Monday Everyone! Today I’m back with my monthly weight loss update and fitness update. For this year I want to try to get at lease 10,000 step in a day. Which I have been only getting 10,000 steps in a day about 4 days out of the week.
As for my weight. I’m officially back to weight what I did in Germany. Which is 125. I haven’t weighted this weight since April of 2016. We are already 3 month in to the year. Which I have been doing an awesome job at maintaining my weight at 135.
Total Lost Weight lose since 2017~ 69.6 pounds
Total Weight Loss for February ~ -3.2
Total Body Fat Loss~ 10.5
February Body Fat loss~ 1.7
Total Loss for the year~ - 2.8
