Happy Monday Everyone! Today I’m here to give you all my December weight lose totals. Along with my overall weight lose for 2018. I’m happy to say I hit my goal weight. So therefor I’m officially back to my pre-pregnancy weight.
Which I’m actually under my pre-pregnancy weight. I set a goal to reach my goal weight by February of this year. Just because I didn’t think I would be able to do it in 2018. It took me a total of 14 month to get back to my goal weight of 135.
I’m not going to say it was easy to get here. I mainly lost the weight thru watching what I ate and light exercise. I also breastfeed baby girl for 12.5 months. Which I can’t tell you if that help in my weight loss or not. The big thing I did was gave up soda.
The only advise I have for losing weight. Is you have to put your mind to do it. Plus you have to do it for yourself and no one else. I mainly did it. To be able to fit back in to my clothes again. Since I have a closet full of them.
Total Lost Weight lose since 2017~ 60 pounds
Total Weight Loss for December ~ -5.5
Total Body Fat Loss~ 6
December Body Fat loss~ 2.2
Total Loss for the year~ -31.8
Goals for 2019
Try to get 10,000 Steps in each day. I have already change my goal in my fitbit app
Maintain my weight. To not go over 135.
