Happy Monday Everyone! Today I'm here to share with you all my updated body transformation. Since it has been 5 months since I did my last one. In those 5 month I have hit my first goal weight. I'm officially under 150 pounds. Now I'm working on my next goal weight of 135 pounds.
Which is my pre-pregnacy weight. I currently have 11.3 pounds to get there. Which I don't see myself reaching my next goal weight until 2019. I don't see myself losing 11 pounds in 3 months but you never know. I did end up losing 5.4 pounds in August.
Last month I started doing Insanity again. Which has help me a lot with my weight loss. I have been doing it for a whole month now. I'm currently on the recovery week of it. Before it starts to get even more intents. Beside doing Insanity I try and get out of the house and go on a couple of walks during the week. With baby girl as long as the weather is good.
So far for September I have upped my fitbit step goal to 6,200 steps. My goal is to get back to doing 10,000 steps a day. Like I used to. Which last week I got super close to getting 10,000 step a couple of days but didn't quiet make it.
