Happy Friday Everyone! I’m back with another weight loss and fitness update. As of September 28th. I have officially lost 51 pounds. Which leaves me with 9 more pounds to go. Until I’m back to my pre-pregnancy weight. Which I’m think give or take I will be back to 135 in 2019.
As of today I have been doing Insanity workouts for 9 weeks. I first started out just doing Insanity. Which I did that for 5 weeks. Then I switch over to doing Insanity max 30. Which are 32 minute long works outs. Which work prefect for me. I have been doing them before baby girl wakes up in the morning. That was until last week.
When my husband went out of town for 9 days. That cause baby girl sleep schedule to get messed up. Which I didn’t let that stop me from getting my morning workout in. I would just bring her to the basement with me and put her in the pack n play. Which she find it funny to watch mama work out.
Beside doing Insanity. I have been going on 2 mile walks. A few days out of the week. Now that the weather is getting cool out. This summertime I wasn’t able to go on a lots of walks. Due to how hot it was outside. So it made walking outside hard to do.
I still have my fitbit step goal set at 6,200 but I’m thinking of upping my step goal again. To 6,400. Each month I have been getting more step in. My goal overall is to get back to walking 10,000 step in a day. Like I use to.
