Hello Everyone! Today I'm hear to talk to you all about fitness trackers. I have been using my Fitbit Alta for two year now. I did upgrade my Fitbit Alta last year to the HR virgin. Due to I want to know what my heart rate was. So Ant purchased me the HR Alta Fitbit for my Mother's Day Gift.
I wear my Fitbit every day. I use my Fitbit for just about everything. I use it as my watch. I also get my text message on it. Also when someone calls me. It shows up on my fitbit. What I love the most about using the Fitbit. Is I have everything in one app. Which makes it nice.
Not only does my Fitbit track my step. It also tracks my sleep. Which is super nice to see how much sleep I got. Which you can see that on this day I only got 4 hour and 52 minutes of sleep. That was due to baby girl woke up at 12:30am and it took me 3 hours to get her back to sleep. I also keep track of my food in the Fitbit app. Along with my weight.
A fun feature that Fitbit has is you can make challenges with your friends. Which is fun and also motives you to get your steps in. When my Mother in Law came in November of 2017. I end up giving her my Fitbit Alta. Since she was using one of my old Garmin fitness trackers until it broke on her. My mother in laws kill's it in the work week challenge. Since she does a lot of walking around her work.
- Total Lost Weight~ 44.7
- Total Weight Loss for June ~ -1.50
- Total Body Fat Loss~ 1.90
- June Body Fat loss~ 1.50
- Total Loss for the year~ -15 Pounds
Last month I didn't lose a lot of weight. I did end up losing a pound and half. Which I'm fine with. I was shocked to see that I lost a 1.50 of body fat as well. As of right now I have hit my goal weight of 150 but I don't want to celebrate just yet. Due to I want to see what my out come for July is.
If I stick to being 150 for a bit. Then I plan on making my second weight loss goal of 140. After I hit that goal. I will work on getting back to my pre pregnancy of 135.
