Hello Everyone! Today I'm here with my March weight loss update. Which last month wasn't a good month for me weight loss wise and I totally fine with that. Since I have lost a good amount of weight so far and I'm happy with how my body is looking. Plus I feel great.
March weather wasn't the greatest. So therefor I was only able to go on 3 walk total for the whole month. If you remember in my February update I told you all my step goal for the day was 5,000. I have since upped my step goal to be 5,500. Which I have been getting my step goal 6 days out of the week.
- Total Lost Weight~ 38.7
- Total Weight Loss for March~ -.90
- Total Body Fat Loss~ None
- March Body Fat loss~ 1.5
- Total Loss for the year~ -10 Pounds.
I have a total of 6.8 pounds to loss to hit my first goal weight of 150. Then I will work on my next goal which is to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight of 140.
