Happy Friday Everyone! It has been a long time since I have done a weight loss/health post on my blog. So therefor I thought it was time to do another weight loss post. If you have been a long time reader. Then you know I hit my goal weight of 125 back in February of 2016. When I was living in Germany.
With the move back to the state I ended up again back 20 pounds. Which I was slowing losing it again. After I went back to work and moving in to my house. Right before I got pregnant I was sitting at 135 lbs. During my pregnancy I got up to 195 lbs. Which is the heaviest I have ever been.
I gained a total of 60 pounds during the 9 month that I was pregnant. After having my daughter in October I have been working on losing the weight. With diet and walking. I have set my first goal weight to be 150. Once I hit that goal weight I will set another goal weight to get to be back to 135. Over all I'm super happy with my weight loss.

- Total Body Fat Loss~ None
- January Body Fat loss~ None~ Stayed the same
Also if you have been a long time reader then you might remember that I wear a fitbit. Which during my pregnancy I was walking a bunch. Getting in 10,000 steps or more. In my third trimester my walking slowed down. Due to I was super tired and just wore out.
I thought it was cool that fitbit sent me the stats of how much I had walk for 2017. Since having my daughter I haven't been able to get back to doing the 10,000. I actually had to lower my fitbit goal to 5,000. Which I get my steps in Monday thru Friday. Just by walking arounds my house. Taking care of everyone.
Once the weather gets nice out. I plan on taking daily walks outside with my daughter. Right now we only get out to take walks when the weather is nice. Once I start doing that I plan to change my step goal back to 10,000 steps.
