Happy Wednesday Everyone! I’m so close to hitting my goal weight of 135. I currently only need to lose 4.1 pounds. Which I know I can do. My goal is to be back to my Pre-pregnancy weight by February. Which will put me at 16 month postpartum.
During the month I November. I did good with working out. Until thanksgiving hit. Then I kind of stop. Since I have been back to work I haven’t be working out but I do a lot of walking at work. That I upped my fitbit goal to 6,800. I will soon up it to 10,000 step. Which is I have been getting close to over that when I work. Right now on my days off I only have been getting 7,000 steps a day in. Which is still pretty good.
