Hello Everyone. I'm back with an exciting tough it out Tuesday this month. I have been work hard for the last 10 months. Working out and eating healthy. Well it has paid off. As of this month. I HIT MY GOAL WEIGHT. So now it time to just maintain it.
Even tho I hit my goal weight I will still keep doing my though it out Tuesday post. I plan on doing more what I eat in a day posts. Along with my walking update. Plus I plan on getting back out there and running. Once the weather warms up.

- Total Weight Loss for February ~4.1
- Total Body Fat Loss~ 8.2
