Hello Everyone. It the last week of the month. So that means one thing. Its time for my Tough it out Tuesday post. If you have been reading my blog for sometime now. You know that I have been on a weight lost journey. I stared this journey in May of 2015. After I step on the scale and weighted the heaviest I have ever been.
So therefor I started doing the Atkins diet. Which I did for a good couple of months. Then I got sick of doing the Atkins diets. So therefor I just track my calories using My Fitness pal. Which work out great for me. I ended up losing a total of 21.1 pounds in 2015.
This year I decide I want to eat more healthier and hit my goal weight of 125. So starting on January 2nd, 2016. I join weight watcher. Which has helped both Ant and me. Ant has lost a total of 6.4 pounds. I have lost a total of 3.3 pounds using weight watchers. Plus I'm almost at my goal weight.
I only have been on Weight watcher for 24 days and have already been making better food choice. I have been eating way less junk food. Also there's day I don't have a soda to drink. Plus I haven't been craving either one.
- Total Lost Weight~ 26.4
- Total Weight Loss for January~5.2
- Total Body Fat Loss~ 7.2
- January Body Fat Loss~0.8
In the next few weeks I will be showing you all what I eat during the day with 30 WW Points. Also I will be posting some WW recipe that I have made and really like. So stay tune for that.
