Tough it Out Tuesday: What I Eat in a Day

  • 2 5/8 Boneless Chicken Breast
  • 0.8 Grams All Natural Kick'n Chicken Season

Hello Everyone! I love watching youtube video on what people eat. So I thought I would share what I have been eatting. Everything is what I ate last week on a Wednesday. I told you all last month that I have been doing a low carb diet.

Which I have been doing this diet for 3 month now. I have lost a total of 16 pounds.  I have a total of 11.4 more pounds to go. Until I hit my goal weight.  Even tho I'm doing the low carb diet. I still let myself have a cheat day once a week. Plus I will eat a little bread during the week. 

Please let me know if you like seeing these what I have ate post. That way I can do more of them.
