Hello Everyone. I'm back with another tough it out Tuesday. This will be my last one for 2015. For this year I set a goal up to run 200 miles. Which I didn't reach this goal at all. I only end up running a total of 109.7 miles. Which is still good in my book.
I did a total of 3 races this year.
This year I didn't have a goal to lose weight. It just happen after one day in May I step on the scale and I weighted the heaviest I have ever been. So I took matter in my own hands and decide to do something about it. Which I'm happy to say I lost a total of 21.1 pounds and 6.4% body fat this year.
I would have liked to hit my goal weight but that didn't happen due to I ate bad during this holiday since. After the holidays I plan on getting myself back on track and eating right again. So maybe 2016 will be the year I hit my goal weight of 125.
As of today I have walked a total of 3,979,439 Steps. That a total of 1,891.91 miles. Which equals a averages total of 10,903 steps a day.
Here to another great year of health and to a better on in 2016.
